This role involves handling daily cheque clearance, updating payment entries, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cheque clearance and update payment entries (NEFT/RTGS/Cheque).
Scan and upload cheques into the system.
Call customers for payment collections and handle related queries.
Generate and dispatch payment receipts to customers.
Coordinate with banks and the accounts team for payment updates.
Send daily collection reports to management.
Manage possession-related activities and document preparation.
Draft and dispatch important customer communications (intimation letters, payment receipts, etc.).

The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and timely completion of both structural and finishing works, maintain records, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1) RCC: Supervise ongoing construction work and report defects or issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. Maintain records of departmental labor, work assignments, and outputs. Assist the Site Engineer in technical checks, preparing labor payment bills, and determining material requirements. Supervise and control material wastage and ensure adequate curing. Oversee daily civil activities such as concreting, plastering, plumbing, and electrical work according to company standards. Coordinate concrete mix requirements with other sites. Supervise housekeeping activities to maintain site upkeep. Keep updated records of materials supplied/collected from vendors/suppliers. Assist in preparing and verifying bills for payment. Ensure safety protocols are observed during work progress. Coordinate with the Storekeeper for material unloading, rearranging, and stock checking. Report daily work progress to Site Engineers. Assist Site Engineers in preparing daily reports on quantities, completed work, and material consumption.
2) Finishing: Supervise daily interior works to ensure quality finishing as per standards. Ensure timely completion of finishing works. Add value to the finishes and interiors of all projects. Ensure the availability of suitable manpower for finishing/interior works. Maintain inventory, update material records, and place orders for finishing materials. Report finishing work progress to Site Engineers. Perform other tasks assigned by management. Submit monthly MIS reports.

Qualifications:
Experience in construction site management or supervision.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of interior design and decor is a plus.
